Value Group Enterprises dba SSR Motorsports Settles For $15,600

In December 2025, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) reached a settlement with Value Group Enterprises dba SSR Motorsports (SSR), with its principal location in Santa Fe Springs, California, for the company’s violation of CARB’s Motor Vehicle Pollution Control Device Regulation  (Vehicle Standards Regulation), as codified in the California Code of Regulations, title 13, sections 1900-2048.

Prior to receiving a CARB Executive Order, SSR sold a total of 13 Model Year 2021 noncompliant vehicles into California in violation of California Health and Safety Code Section 43150 et seq. To settle the case, SSR agreed to the penalty of $1,200 per noncompliant vehicle for a total penalty amount of $15,600. The civil penalty amount of $15,600 will be deposited into CARB’s Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality.

Terms of the settlement include a requirement for SSR to comply with all CARB regulations going forward. SSR cooperated fully with CARB to resolve this matter.
