California Air Resources Board

The California Air Resources Board is pleased to announce a competitive grant solicitation for one or more Grantees to serve as third-party administrator(s) (3PA) for the California Satellite Methane Community Engagement Project. There is a total of $4.75 million available across three regions and potential 3PAs are invited to apply for one or more region(s). The three regions are the San Joaquin Valley region, a region that includes northern California outside the San Joaquin Valley, and a region that includes southern California outside the San Joaquin Valley.
