Living Proof Inc. Case Settles for $37,400

On March 22, 2015, a Consumer Products case was settled with Living Proof Inc. for manufacturing, selling and/or supplying non-compliant Hair Styling Products. These products contributed to 2.8 tons of excess Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions due to exceeding the 6% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Hair Styling Products: aerosol and pump spray specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). Living Proof Inc., paid $37,400 to settle this case.
