California Environmental Solutions Inc. Case Settles for $5,000

On March 4th 2016, California Environmental Solutions Inc. (CES) agreed to pay $5,000.00 in penalties to the California Air Pollution Control Fund for violating air quality regulations. An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that California Environmental Solutions had sold diesel particulate filters that were not legal for sale in California. Upon receiving a Cease and Desist CES recalled the parts and had them returned to the manufacturer. CES was prompt and fully cooperated with ARB to resolve the violations at hand.
