Odif USA Case Settles for $3,000

On September 21, 2016, a case was settled with Odif USA for selling/manufacturing “505 Spray and Fix” subject to the VOC limit for the Aerosol Web Spray Adhesive category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The product containers were not labeled properly in violation of section 94512(d). The company paid $3,000.00 to settle the case.
