Ruiz Trucking Inc. Case Settles

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Ruiz Trucking failed to bring one of their on-road heavy duty diesel trucks into compliance with the PM BACT requirements of the Model Year Compliance Schedule.  ARB documented violations of the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation.  To settle the case, Ruiz Trucking agreed to demonstrate proof of compliance with TB by July 24, 2017 and pay penalties of $1,000.00 should Ruiz Trucking fail to comply by that date. This settlement was reached in May 2017.
