Long Swimming Pool Steel, Inc. Case Settles

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Long Swimming Pool Steel, Inc. failed to report annual mileage for two vehicles utilizing the low use vehicle exemption. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation.  To settle the case, Long Swimming Pool Steel, Inc. agreed to demonstrate proof of compliance with TB by November 29, 2017 and pay penalties of $1,000.00 by November 29, 2017. Penalties in this case have been discounted due to financial hardship. This settlement was reached in November 2017.
