Public Workshop on Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation: On February 13 in Sacramento and via remote access, CARB will hold a public workshop to discuss the proposed Advanced Clean Fleets regulation following the first Board hearing in October 2022. Staff will share proposed changes to the draft regulation and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Workshop on Heavy-Duty Inspection and Maintenance Program: On February 15 and 16 in Los Angeles (Port of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works morning session, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works afternoon session)and via remote access, CARB staff will hold public workshops to provide an overview of the Heavy-Duty Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance (HD I/M) Program, potential program requirements, and possible compliance assistance for small fleets. The evening will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to learn more the development of the HD I/M program and to provide feedback.
Informational Webinar on Mobility Project Voucher Application Phase 2 Walkthrough: On February 15 via remote access, CARB will host an informational webinar on the Mobility Project Voucher (MPV) Phase 2 application process and requirements. Staff will provide an overview on the Clean Mobility Options Program, MPV eligibility and requirements, a walkthrough on phase 2 of the application process, technical assistance, and next steps.
