2022 San Joaquin Valley 70 ppb Ozone SIP

CARB and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District developed the 2022 Ozone Plan for the 2015 8-Hour Ozone Standard (2022 Ozone Plan) to meet extreme nonattainment area requirements under the Clean Air Act for the federal National Ambient Air Quality Standard for 8-hour ozone of 75 parts per billion. The 2022 Ozone Plan includes commitments for emission reductions that will provide for attainment of the standard throughout the San Joaquin Valley by 2037. CARB adopted the 2022 Ozone Plan on January 26, 2023. This page provides links to documentation relevant to the 2022 Ozone Plan. Additional documentation will be posted here as it becomes available.
