Imperial Irrigation District Case Settles for $35,000

After cross-checking data reported by Imperial Irrigation District, ARB determined that the claimed sources of electricity that the District provided to the grid were incorrect.  Different electrical generation sources have different emission factors, affecting Cap-and-Trade obligations.  The District cooperated in correcting the reports. The case was settled for $35,000 on December 14, 2016.
