Wholesale Fuels Misloads EPA Diesel - Case Settled $2,000

On June 17, 2003, Wholesale Fuels self-reported two incidents in which an inexperienced dispatcher sent their carrier to the wrong Valero facility, resulting in the carrier picking up EPA diesel instead of CARB diesel and delivering it to California customers. The case has been settled for $2,000.
