In 2006, White Sands Hair Care, Inc. supplied and offered for sale in California, White Sands Soft Hold, White Sands Medium Hold, and White Sands Firm Hold hairsprays subject to the Consumer Products Regulation. None of the products displayed on the container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, nor a code indicating such date as required in Section 94512(b) of the regulations. The case was settled on November 19, 2007 for $3,000.
