Vintage Production California LLC Case Settles for $35,000.00

Vintage’s greenhouse gas emissions data reports for the year 2011, its first such reports, initially contained errors and miscalculations, in violation of the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, California Code of Regulations, title 17, section 95100 et seq. Vintage worked to correct those errors, but received an adverse verification because the verifier did not have time to review late changes. Vintage cooperated with ARB, allowing the calculations to be corrected. To resolve the matter, Vintage agreed to update its Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Plan, and to pay a penalty of $35,000.
