Travel Center of America Case Settles for $8,500

Travel Centers of America (TCA) operates several TCA and Petro Stop truck stops across California.  During 2008 and 2009, TCA sold 413 gallons of windshield washer fluids that exceeded the 1 percent by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation Section 94509(a) in their truck stops located in non-type A areas of California.  The violation was settled for $8,500 on September 17, 2009.
