Use for CARB sponsored meetings, widely noticed and open to the public.
Public Meetings are more formal than other types of meetings, typically with a specific agenda and presentations, but do not have or result in formal regulatory elements such as decisions, votes, acceptance of written comments, or other defined decision-making actions.
