Sycamore Israel Ltd. Case Settles for $9,600

Between January 2013 and December 2014, Sycamore Israel Ltd. sold, supplied, and offered for sale six products which were in violation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) limits contained in ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The sale of these six products resulted in 0.44 tons of excess VOC emissions. Sycamore has since stopped selling these products in California and is currently working on reformulating their products to meet ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The case was settled on August 25, 2015 for $9,600.00.
