On November 22, 2016, a Consumer Products case was settled with Shye Worldwide, Inc. for selling and/or supplying a non-compliant glass cleaner product that exceeded the VOC limit for the non-aerosol Glass Cleaner category, as specified in Title 17, CCR, Section 94509(a). Shye Worldwide paid $3,000 to settle this case.
