Schiller Grounds Care Case Settles for $3,000

On March 18, 2009, staff purchased a Mantis Gas Jockey gas can from an internet site that did not comply with the Portable Fuel Container regulations.  It was determined that approximately 26 units were sold in California during the past three years.  The case was settled with Schiller Grounds Care on October 28, 2009 for a payment of $3,000.
