On March 10, 2017, a Consumer Products case was settled with SC Johnson & Son, Inc. for selling and/or supplying a non-compliant shoe freshener product that exceeded the VOC limit for the Fabric Refresher - Aerosol category, as specified in Title 17, CCR, Section 94509(a). SC Johnson & Son, Inc. paid $122,800 to settle this case.
