Rollx Vans Settlement
Rollx Vans Case Settles for $9,500
In March 2010, the ARB reached a settlement with Rollx Vans that included a $9,500 penalty to the California Air Pollution Fund for selling modified conversion packages without proper certification. An investigation by the ARB showed that between September 2005 and January 2008, Rollx Vans modified and or offered for sale aftermarket parts conversion packages for 1995, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2004 model year Chrysler T & C, EX, LTD & LXI. The conversion packages were not exempted by ARB pursuant to Title 13, CCR section 2222 or Title 13, CCR section 2474. To settle the case and bring resolution to the matter, Rollx Vans agreed to the $9,500 penalty.
