On December 14, 2011, the Office of Administrative Law approved amendments to the Off-Road Regulation. The amendments delay the initial compliance date for all fleets by four years, provide a path to compliance without any required retrofits, and simplify the regulation. The amendments also include additional minor modifications to clarify or simplify regulatory provisions. The amendments to the Off-Road Regulation became effective immediately.
The amended regulation, as approved by the Office of Administrative Law, is available below and contains the original regulation language with the amended text shown in strikethrough and underline. For improved readability, we have also provided below a "clean" version of the regulation that incorporates the amended text. Please note that this "clean" version is not the official regulation approved by the Office of Administrative Law. While staff have tried to ensure all amended language has been properly incorporated, only the regulation approved by the Office of Administrative Law has the official language.
