The California Air Resources Board (CARB) staff invites you to participate in public workshops to discuss regulatory concepts for updating the Control Measure for Commercial Harbor Craft (Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation). The workshops are open to the public and we encourage your participation. During the workshops, staff intends to discuss regulatory concepts, present emissions estimates, outline current and planned data collection efforts, and solicit stakeholder input. Staff also intends to solicit early feedback on alternatives to proposed regulatory concepts.
