2018 Updates: In response to court decisions, some elements included in the Imperial County 2017 State Implementation Plan for the 2008 8-hour Ozone Standard required updates. CARB staff prepared the 2018 Updates to the California State Implementation Plan(2018 SIP Update) to update SIP elements for nonattainment areas throughout the State as needed. CARB adopted the 2018 SIP Update on October 25, 2018.
At a public meeting held on October 26, 2017, the California Air Resources Board adopted the Imperial County 2017 State Implementation Plan for the 2008 8-hour Ozone Standard.
The Ozone Plan includes, in Appendix B, the Reasonably Available Control Technology Analysis for the 2017 Imperial County State Implementation Plan for the 2008 8-hour Ozone Standard.
