The South Coast Air Quality Management District recently adopted the 2016 Reasonably Available Control Technology SIP Demonstration (2016 RACT SIP). ARB submitted the 2016 RACT SIP to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) as a revision to the California SIP.
