The Placer County Air Pollution Control District adopted the 2014 Reasonably Available Control Technology State Implementation Plan Analysis and Federal Negative Declarations for 16 Control Technique Source Categories (2014 RACT SIP). CARB submitted the 2014 RACT SIP to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) as a revision to the California SIP.
