Reeve Trucking Co, Inc. Case Settles for $10,500.00

Reeve Trucking, Inc. agreed to pay $10,500 in penalties for violating air quality regulations; $7,875 will go to the California Air Pollution Control Fund and $2,625 to the Peralta Community College District for distribution to participating California Council on Diesel Education and Technology (CCDET) colleges. This settlement was reached in February 2013. 

An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that Reeve Trucking, Inc. failed to comply with the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP) Regulation by failing to test some of their trucks in 2011 as required per the regulation. To settle this case, Reeve Trucking Inc. agreed to the $10,500 penalty and to comply with the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program.
