The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC Case Settles for $8,500

On July 23 , 2012, a Consumer Products case was settled with The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC for selling and/or supplying non-compliant Fekkai Hair Styling Products. These products contributed to 0.38 tons excess VOC emissions due to exceeding the 6% by weight VOC limit set under Consumer Products Regulation for Hair Styling Products: aerosol and pump spray specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a). The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC paid $8,500 to settle this case.
