PLZ Aeroscience Corporation Case Settles for $4,650

On June 3, 2014, a case was settled with PLZ Aeroscience and Elmer’s Products, Inc. for selling/manufacturing “Elmer’s Multi-purpose Spray Adhesive” subject to the VOC limit for Aerosol Mist Spray Adhesive category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). At least one production batch of product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 65 percent by weight VOC limit. Excess emissions could not be determined in this case. The company paid $4,650.00 to settle the case.
