PJH Brands Case Settles for $24,000

Between January 2014 and December 2015, PJH Brands, supplied, and offered for sale products which were in violation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) limits contained in ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The sale of these products resulted in 1.60 tons of excess VOC emissions. PJH Brands modified products to be compliant with ARB’s Consumer Product Regulations. The case was settled on September 30th, 2015 for $24,000.00.
