Paslode Construction Service and Parts Division Case Settles for $70,000
Between July 2005 and December 2009, Paslode Construction Service and Parts Division, a subsidiary of Illinois Tool Works, Inc., supplied Paslode Degreaser Cleaner product that contained VOCs in excess of the 50 percent limit for General Purpose Degreasers to California. The product has since been reformulated and relabeled to meet the VOC limit of a new product category. The case was settled on September 15, 2010 for $70,000.
