Desde febrero de 2018, el Programa de Protección del Aire en la Comunidad ha estado aceptando nominaciones de parte de las comunidades para su consideración para la acción en la comunidad (monitoreo del aire y / o programa de reducción de emisiones). Las nominaciones se han enviado a través de correos electrónicos, el correo o foros de la comunidad (Consejo de CARB u otras reuniones de la comunidad). Esta lista es dinámica y se actualizará a medida que nominaciones de comunidades adicionales son enviados. Si no hubo una acción que fue nominada claramente, el tipo de nominación aparece como "No Especificado". Para una comunidad con múltiples nominaciones, puede haber más de un tipo de nominación en la lista.
Mientras no hay una fecha límite para presentar nominaciones, CARB sugiere que las comunidades trabajen con su distrito de aire local para presentar una recomendación a CARB. Las nominaciones de la comunidad enviadas a CARB desde el 8 de noviembre de 2019 se enumeran a continuación:
