California Air Resources Board

The Asbestos NESHAP requires owners and operators to provide written notification of regulated demolition and renovation activities.  If your demolition or renovation project is located in a non-delegated air district, a signed copy of the notification form must be submitted to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) at the address below.

There is no fee associated with submitting an Asbestos Notification Form to U.S. EPA.
