Air Cleaner Regulation - Meetings & Workshops

CARB's Air Cleaner Regulation has been in effect since 2008. We are in the process of amending the regulation by clarifying or eliminating exemptions, streamlining its implementation and updating legal references and test methods. Workshops and meetings with the public will assist CARB staff in amendment development.

CARB encourages those interested in this regulation to sign up on the Air Cleaner Regulation Email List, in order to receive email notification of all notices given and actions taken related to the implementation of this regulation.
