Oribe Hair Care, LLC Case Settles for $50,374

A case was settled with Oribe Hair Care, LLC for selling hair styling products into California that contained concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) that exceeded the standards specified in Title 17, CCR, section 94509(a).  These products were sold from January 2013 to August 2014 and resulted in 3.36 tons of excess VOC emissions attributable to the violation.  Oribe Hair Care, LLC paid $50,374 to settle the case.
