Ojas Ayurveda LLC dba Ojas Naturals Case Settles for $4,000

On January 22, 2016, a case was settled with Ojas Ayurveda LLC dba Ojas Naturals for selling/manufacturing “Sticky Bye-Bye” subject to the VOC limit for the Heavy Duty Hand Cleaner or Soap category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a). The product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 8 percent by weight VOC limit for the category. Excess emissions in this case were approximately 0.08 tons. The company paid $4,000.00 to settle the case.
