Board Meeting: On May 28-29 in Sacramento and via remote access, the Board will convene to hear the following agenda items: (1)  2026 State Implementation Plan Revisions for the California Extreme Ozone Nonattainment Areas, (2) Proposed Amendments to the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and (3) Proposed Amendments to the Regulation for the California Cap on Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Market-Based Compliance Mechanisms.
