On February 21, 2019, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved the Zero-Emission Airport Shuttle (ZEAS) Regulation. State and Local Government (SLG) fleets with vehicles within the scope of the regulation will need to be reported in the Truck Regulation Upload, Compliance, and Reporting System (TRUCRS) (https://ssl.arb.ca.gov/trucrs_reporting/login.php) annually beginning on January 1, 2022. Fleet owners must then update fleet information every subsequent year in TRUCRS no later than March 1st of the compliance year and maintain records for at least 36 months from the date of submission.
