As carbon capture comes in many forms and can be done both through geological formations or through localized carbon capture via plant photosynthesis. CARB should incentivize carbon capture from the latter to promote greater biodiversity in our cities, improve our goals of cleaner air in California and reduce emissions from medium and Heavy-duty vehicles on the roads.
