Pursuant to the requirements of Senate Bill 596 (Becker, 2021) the California Air Resources Board posted the Draft Net-Zero Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Strategy for the California Cement Sector (Draft SB 596 Cement Strategy) for public comment. Submitted public comments will be considered to finalize the SB 596 Cement Strategy.
