This is CARB's notice of approval for the community emissions reduction program collaboratively created by San Diego County Air Pollution Control District convening a community steering committee comprised of San Ysidro and Otay Mesa residents, community-based organizations, businesses, and local government representatives to improve air quality in the International Border Communities.
