Public Workshop on Potential Amendments to Cap-and-Trade Regulation: On July 10 via remote access, CARB will host a public workshop to discuss updates to the California Cap-and-Trade Program. CARB staff will review and present on topics surrounding allowance budgets. A link to submit written feedback will be posted to the Cap-and-Trade Meetings & Workshops page. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and provide comments during the workshop.
Far North Transit Symposium 2024: On July 10 in Ukiah, CARB will host a booth at Far North Transit Symposium 2024. This is the third year CARB will attend this event; and this year, staff will provide regulation and funding program information. Organized by the California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CALACT), this symposium will gather transit enthusiasts, experts, and innovators. The event will feature engaging discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities centered around the topic of improving transportation in the Far North region of California.
Public Workgroup Meetings on Updates to Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program Guidelines: On July 10 in Fresno, and on July 11 in Riverside, CARB will host public workgroup meetings to discuss proposed updates to the Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program Guidelines. CARB staff will provide an overview of the FARMER Program, present proposed changes to the guidelines, and gather feedback from attendees. Previous public workgroup meetings offering the same information were held on June 25 in Red Bluff, June 26 in Santa Rosa, and July 2 via remote access.
