Advanced Clean Fleets Border Communities Truck Regulation Implementation Group Meeting: On June 4 via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting of the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Truck Regulation Implementation Group (TRIG) to discuss border communities. This will be the third TRIG meeting hosted on this topic. CARB adopted the ACF Regulation on April 28, 2023, and it became effective on October 1, 2023. This meeting is part of a series of workgroups scheduled to assist in the implementation of the ACF Regulation. The public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. Advanced Clean Fleets Rule Provisions Truck Regulation Implementation Group Meeting: On June 5 via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting of the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Truck Regulation Implementation Group (TRIG) to discuss rule provisions. Staff will present information on the Zero-Emission Vehicle Purchase Exemption process and the Daily Usage Exemption. CARB adopted the ACF Regulation on April 28, 2023, and it became effective on October 1, 2023. This meeting is part of a series of workgroups scheduled to assist in the implementation of the ACF Regulation. The public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions. Advanced Clean Fleets Infrastructure Truck Regulation Implementation Group Meeting: On June 5 via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting of the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Truck Regulation Implementation Group (TRIG) to discuss infrastructure. This will be the third TRIG session to focus on infrastructure, and staff will discuss its funding for heavy-duty fleets. CARB adopted the ACF Regulation on April 28, 2023, and it became effective on October 1, 2023. This meeting is part of a series of workgroups scheduled to assist in the implementation of the ACF Regulation. The public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions.
