On November 21, 2023, the Mariposa County Air Pollution Control District (District) adopted the 2023 Plan for Attaining the National Ambient Air Quality Standard for Ozone in Mariposa County (2023 Ozone Attainment Plan). The 2023 Ozone Attainment Plan will be submitted to U.S. EPA as a revision to the California State Implementation Plan.
