The project directly supports the unique needs of priority populations and benefits accredited adult education and vocational school training programs in or serving Assembly Bill 1550 low-income and Senate Bill 535 priority populations by providing workforce and job training, skill development, and professional development to allow for clean transportation job readiness and placement.

Eligible entities were able to apply through a competitive statewide solicitation. CARB staff closed the solicitation on October 27, 2023.
