I wish to urge CARB to rescind all permits for this application immediately. As a lifelong Californian, I do not trust fossil fuel companies like Chevron to offer solutions that will halt or even lower carbon emissions. Biogas is not an emission-free or renewable source, and Californians like me deserve robust energy grids built on renewables instead.
