Submitted Comment Name Claude Michael Vieira Affiliation 65 year citizen of California Subject Objection to proposed new low carbon fuel regulations Message I strongly urge CARB to stop and pull back on the new proposed low carbon fuel regulations. This proposal is estimated to cost normal Californians an additional $0.74 per gallon. If this passes, it will drive me, as a 3rd generation Californian, to move out of the state. Additionally, the regulations and penalties on oil refineries in the state need to be relaxed and oil companies need incentives to stay and continue to refine gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. The goal for zero emissions for all vehicles in California is not realistic and penalises normal hard working and retired Californians trying to make ends meet.
