Dear CARB Personnel,

I can see no reason to object to this application. These are US feedstocks and Montana Renewables produces a good volume of SAF. I have also been told that while renewable naphtha is a poor gasoline blending agent in standard gasoline, it performs quite adequately in E85 blends.
