• Introductions and Opening Remarks
• Discussion on the Proposed Final 2022 Scoping Plan Update: The EJAC will discuss the Proposed Final 2022 Scoping Plan Update and may discuss and take action on next steps regarding EJAC recommendations.
• Public Comment
• Preparation for the December 15-16, 2022 CARB Meeting: The EJAC may discuss and take action to prepare for the CARB Public Meeting 2022 Scoping Plan agenda item to be heard on December 15-16, 2022, and may discuss the EJAC’s synthesis report of Community Tours.
• Permanent EJAC: The EJAC will hear a presentation from CARB staff on the transition to an ongoing EJAC and may share questions or comments.
