Summary
Would have required by March 1, 2023, and annually thereafter, each State agency or board to post a report regarding its compliance with and efforts to implement any goals and recommendations identified by CARB in the Scoping Plan. The bill would have required the responsible agency, for each Scoping Plan goal or recommendation not fully implemented, to describe why it hasn't been fully implemented, and the steps to fully implement the goal or recommendation. Held on suspense in the Senate Appropriations Committee.
