Summary 

Would have required the Department of Transportation to develop a pilot program for the purpose of issuing a special permit for specified vehicles hauling raw milk. The bill would have required the fuel used in permitted vehicles to have a Low Carbon Fuel Standard carbon intensity rating of 65 or lower and required the Department of Transportation, in consultation with CARB, to submit a report to the Legislature identifying among other things, the emission reductions as a result of the program. Was not heard in the Assembly Transportation Committee. Was not heard in the Assembly Transportation Committee.
